Capital Improvement Planning: Watseka
September 14, 2016 –
Participants will learn the importance of Capital Improvement planning and what information needs to be included. Materials will focus on the resources, assets, and needs of the community; how to make the most of what you have and prioritize needs; and how to possibly find more to fill the needs. It will be an open forum, with participants sharing their needs and methods, and participating in a group exercise. This course is designed so that participants will take away information relevant to the needs of their community.
